The Atys Workshop is a free, unofficial site run by a player. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Winch Gate Property Limited or the Ryzom team. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The mods and the Mod Loader are free. You may download them and use them in your own game. Please link to this site rather than republishing them elsewhere.

They are provided as they are, with no warranty. They only add files to the game’s user folder and change no game files, but a game update can stop a mod working, and you install them at your own risk. Keep to Ryzom’s own rules when you play: you are responsible for how you use a mod in the game.

Some mods include data from other sites, used with their owners’ permission. Each mod’s page credits its sources, and their terms apply to that data.

Please do not try to disrupt the site, flood the forms, or download in bulk with automated tools. Messages sent through the forms must not be abusive or unlawful.

What the site collects when you use it is described in the privacy policy.

As far as the law allows, Chris is not liable for any loss or damage from using the site or the mods. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
